This recipe is just perfect, seriously, the cookies totally melt in your mouth! I found it in the blog Kanela y Limón, the original recipe had dulce de leche (an argentinan kind of caramel) between each two cookies but I didn't have any home so I didn't use it but I bet it would have been delicious too!.
The shape of the cookies in the recipe is very different because it uses a piping bag and a curly tip I didn't have so I just rolled the dough like in any other cookies' recipe and they turned out perfect!!
Ingredients:
250 g flour
125 g unsalted butter
60 g confectioners' sugar
30 ml sunflower oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Melted chocolate (optional)
Recipe:
Mix the butter until it's soft and creamy. Add sugar, mix and add oil. Whisk well. Sift th flour with the baking soda and add it to the other mix. Knead with your hands.
Preheat the oven to 170ºC. Roll the dough and make the desired shapes for the cookie (they're actually good for decorating too). Put them on a baking sheet leaving a little space in between the cookies and bake them for only a few minutes, without them having much colour. Take them out of the oven and let them cool completely.
If desired, melt the chocolate with spoon of oil and soak half of the cookie into the chocolate and leave the other half without it (or do whatever you want here, you can make them any way you want). Let the chocolate cool completely and enjoy!!!!
By the way, I met Alma from Objetivo Cupcake yesterday in Expotarta, besides being really talented (which I already knew), she is the NICEST PERSON EVER!!!!!!!!! I'M IN LOVE!

I left you an award for you in my blog. To pick it up go to http://bearworkshop.blogspot.com
